2025 WINTER COED SEASON (UPDATED: 07/30/2025)
SEASON DATES: Tentatively scheduled to run between October 18, 2025 - Decemeber 21, 2025
TENTATIVE LEAGUE SCHEDULES ARE SHOWN BELOW: Know that the information below is what is projected. This may be subjet to change if necessary.
6ERS COMMUNITY DIVISION: Games will be held at Holy Nativity School on Saturdays with gameplay taking place between 9am - 12pm.
PEE WEE COMMUNITY DIVISION: Games will be held at Holy Nativity School on Sundays with gameplay taking place between 11am - 4pm.
6ERS & PEE WEE INTACT TEAM DIVISION (IF HELD): Games will be held at Holy Nativity School on Saturdays between 12pm - 4pm.
MIDGETS COMMUNITY & INTACT TEAM DIVISION (IF HELD): Games will be held at Kilauea District Park on Saturdays or Sundays between 10am - 5pm.
JUNIOR & SENIOR COMMUNITY DIVISION: Games will be held at either Sacred Hearts Academy or La Pietra School on Sarturdays or Sundays (times TBD).
JUNIOR & SENIOR INTACT TEAM DIVISION (IF HELD): Games would be held either at Sacred Hearts Academy or La Pietra School on Sarturdays or Sundays (times TBD).
SEASON OFFERINGS: Programming organization is primarily based on overall enrollment. If low enrollment occurrs, adjustments made are shown below.
INDIVIDUAL CO-ED ENROLLMENT: Boys & girls will be evenly spread out amongst teams in this program.
INDIVIDUAL ALL GIRLS ENROLLMENT: Program will be for girls only. If low enrollment occurs, girls regsitered will be offered to join the co-ed program & evenly spread onto teams.
CO-ED INTACT TEAM ENROLLMENT: Teams can consist of boys & girls. If low enrollment occurs, teams regsitered will be offered to join the community division (still intact).
ALL GIRLS INTACT TEAM ENROLLMENT: Teams must consist of all girls. If low enrollment occurs, teams regsitered will be offered to join the community division (still intact).
LEAGUE DIVISION INFO: Community Division vs. Intact Team Division / Indivdual Regsitration vs. Team Registration.
COMMUNITY DIVISION: Program will consist of all families who registered for either the individual co-ed or all girls season. Our community division is designed to be recreational.
INTACT TEAM DIVISION: Program will consist of only registered intact teams. Our intact team is designed to host both families that want to play together, and compeditive teams.
We hope to find ourselves in a place where we can even separate the difference, but for now, keeping your group intact committ to playing others enrolled.
REGISTRATION FEES:
INDIVIDUALREGISTRATION FEE: $120. Late registration fee is an additional $25.
INTACT TEAM REGISTRATION FEE: $850. Late registration fee is an additional $50.
INDIVIDUAL REGISTRATION INFORMATION: Once registered, your child will be automatically placed in the roster pool within their eligible age division. We will organized the teams based on information we have during the registration process, doing our best to build each team as equally in size & skill as possible. Requests for a particular coach, practice, and games (days, times, & locations) will not be accommodated. ONLY volunteer coaches' requests will be considered.
TEAM REGISTRATION INFORMATION: Teams are fully responsible for their team roster, providing their own volunteer coaches, and having their own jerseys. If you are need assistance for jerseys, please email us and we can help you with that separately. Teams are required to have a minimum of 8 players. League fee is required upfront from one individual person, teams are also responsible for divison of Team Registration Fee. The league will connect with you once you registered regarding submitting roster information.

After participating for at least 1 season (starting in 2025), individuals and/or teams can be moved into a different divisions upon request & approval from the Board of Directors.
REFUND: Last day to withdraw and receive refund is no later than October 1, 2025. A $15 service fee will be applied to each cancelled registration.

- Girls will have will have the option to indicate whether they would like participate in the all girls program or the co-ed program during the registration process. The separation of each age group having an all girls divsion will be dependent on the total enrollment into the program as well.
